By using Thai Doc AI Interpreter you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Thai Doc AI Interpreter provides contextual AI translation and explanation of Thai documents. Output is generated by a third-party AI model and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important details — especially legal, financial, immigration, or medical information — with a qualified professional. We are not a substitute for licensed legal, financial, or translation services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We use Google and email-based authentication via Supabase.

3. Free trial and lifetime access

• You receive 3 free scans per account.
• After that, lifetime access costs ฿50 one-time and unlocks unlimited scans for the lifetime of the service.
• Refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 5 scans after upgrading. Email support to request.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, content you do not have rights to, or content that contains the personal data of third parties without their consent. Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI translations are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the output.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Bangkok.
